
My Policies
As much as I hate this part, people have taken advantage of my generosity in the past, I don't like to have to put these policies in place but I must protect myself and my business.
Cancellation Policy
I will charge 50% of the scheduled service price within 24 hours of cancellation. I will charge 100% of your scheduled service price for a no call no show. If you no call no show and I am unable to charge the card saved in the system because of insufficient funds I will require a deposit for future bookings.
Late for Appointment
Going forward I will give a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late I will have to reschedule your appointment. If time allows I will try to give grace for tardiness, I may have to alter your services because of this. If you do not try to contact me regarding said tardiness, I may no longer be at the salon when you arrive.
Extensions
I currently install KTip and Tape In extensions. I try to ensure that the quality of the extensions is superior. I have been having issues with certain companies lately and have stopped using their products. I always strive to provide my clients with the best options available. With that being said, I am not responsible for the quality of the extensions. Should you choose to have me install your extensions, I will not give any refunds for any reason.
